Shipping and Return Policy
Fashionfore returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Fashionfore for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product information/Ordered Information for the same).
1. We provide Pick up in every parts of India (which including remote location). All you would have to do is click on the pickup option (by default it will be your delivered address/ location) and submit a return request against the purchased product with the status “Delivered”.Note: Fashionfore as an E-Commerce platform provides 30 Days of Return Policy for the products available in the website.
During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return product.
Once the Pick Up is successful by our delivery agent and when the product reached at our warehouse, We will initiate a doorstep refund for the return amount into payment method (How the payment was made when ordering the product)
Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. If your area pincode is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on App/Website/M-site.
1. We will pick up the return within 4 - 7 days from the request placement date.
2. Please keep the return shipment ready.

Fashionfore initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached our warehouse and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to Fashionfore warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, fashionfore may request you to share a screenshot of your bank statement.
As per the return policy, after the refund has been initiated by Fashionfore, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
1. NEFT - 1 to 3 business days post refund initiation
2. Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
If returned product fails the quality check at our warehouse, we shall ship it back to you where you can opt for an exchange request.
Exchange of product:
You can always exchange under free of cost the ordered Item for reason of size mismatch, defective item, change colour. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Once an exchange request is initiated from you, our delivery agent will deliver the new item and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.
“Exchange of an alternative product for the purchased product is not supported in Fashionfore. If you still wish to exchange you’re the ordered product with any of the product available at our store, we would suggest that you can always raise a return request and obtain refund and purchase the new item separately”
How to pass the Quality check of the retuned product:
Preserve the product its original condition, tags, and packaging. The return the product to us in the following way
1. The product condition must be unused
2. The original tags must be intact with the product and must match the product information
The product returned is re-shipped to you:
The re-shipment of the return product is initiated, this would happen if the item if the product failed to pass the quality check under these conditions:
1. The product you returned is used or damage
2. If the original tags are missing.
If the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Fashionfore will have no liability in this regard. Please contact email@example.com For more details.
The EXCEPTIONS and RULES as follow with regards to Return Policy:
1. Due to the intimate nature, we do not handle returns Innerwear, Sleepwear and Lingerie items differently and, these items cannot be exchanged.
2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and must in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
3. Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size, if colours are available for that size then exchanges can made.
4. Fashionfore will not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Fashionfore would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User
5. At the time of creating a return, customers are requested to confirm that the product being returned is unused and must have the original tags intact.
